Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 onions, chopped
    2 cloves garlic
    1 large green pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    salt
    2 bay leaves
    1/3 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Cover and cook 1 hour.
    One-half hour before serving, add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
    Serve over rice.
