Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 steak, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 medium cloves garlic
    oregano to taste
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/8 c. cooking sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    margarine
    3 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Brown green pepper in margarine in skillet.
    Set aside.
    Brown steak.
    Put garlic in (do not drain drippings).
    Add oregano, catsup, sherry, mushroom soup and 1 tomato.
    Cover and simmer until meat is tender.
    Add remaining 2 tomatoes, green pepper, salt and pepper.
    Cook until just heated.
    Serve with rice.
