Texas Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1 (7 oz.) can corn (undrained)
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning
    1/2 can El Paso enchilada sauce
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, brown beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Bring to a boil, then let simmer for about one hour.
    Serve with grated cheese and/or a small amount of sour cream.
