Oriental Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. loose-pack frozen broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts
    5 c. torn romaine or spinach
    8 oz. fully cooked turkey breast portion, chopped (2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    dash of ground ginger
    1 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Place frozen vegetables in a colander; run hot water over vegetables just until thawed.
    Drain well.
    For salad, in a large salad bowl, combine torn romaine or spinach, chopped turkey and thawed vegetables; set aside.
