Diabetic Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake (plain)
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (sugar-free)
2 small bananas
1 small box light Cool Whip
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, crumble the cake in bottom. Pour over the crumbs the pineapple and juice.
Then mix instant pudding mix according to directions on package.
Pour over pineapple.
Slice bananas on top of pudding mix and top with Cool Whip.
Refrigerate overnight.
