Flea-Flicker Cornbread(Makes 12 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sweet or hot Italian sausage (removed casing)
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 c. minced scallions
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until done, stirring to break up meat; drain on paper towel.
    In large bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar.
