Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados (ripe)
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Peel and remove pit from avocado.
    Mash with fork.
    In a bowl, combine avocado with remaining ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
