Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom cocktail juice or 2 (6 oz.) cans
1/2 medium cucumber, cut up
1 medium tomato, peeled and cut up
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. salad oil
2 (10 oz.) cans Snap-E Tom cocktail juice or 3 (6 oz.) cans
1 medium tomato, cut up finely
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation

Serve very cold.
Garnish with chopped hard-boiled eggs, chopped green pepper and chopped green onions.
