Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    8 oz. can drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. bananas
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas.
    Spoon batter into three greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
