Fat-Free Whipped Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. ice water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
Preparation
    Mix together first 2 ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
    Add lemon juice and mix for 6 to 7 minutes at medium speed.
    Add granulated sugar and beat until stiff at high speed.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    Serve as topping. Yields 3 to 4 cups.
