Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    3 Tbsp. corn starch
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 cups milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix sugar and peanut butter together until crumbly.
    Cook corn starch, sugar, salt and milk in a double boiler until it begins to thicken; add slightly beaten egg yolks and vanilla. Continue cooking until thick, stir constantly.
    Place crumb mixture in bottom of pie shell; add cream filling.
    Top with meringue.
    Bake at 350 until brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
