Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pie crust, thawed
1/2 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
bacon, onion, broccoli, ham or whatever you choose
Preparation

Set oven at 450\u00b0.
Bake crust for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the grated cheese, bacon, onion or whatever you have decided on into the crust.
Beat the eggs, add the sour cream and heavy cream. Pour into the crust over the other ingredients.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 then reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake for 20 minutes more.
