Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 c. flour
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Wash and skin chicken.
    Remove all fat.
    Dip in mixture of eggs and milk.
    Then in mixture of flour, cheese and salts.
    Fry in approximately 1 1/2 inches oil over medium heat approximately 40 minutes turning a couple of times.
