Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, canned
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    dash of black pepper
    onion and garlic to taste
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk, add eggs and mix well.
    Combine with ground beef and rest of ingredients.
    Spread 2 tablespoons salad oil on cookie sheet; place meat balls on sheet and place in oven until brown, turning once.
    Simmer in spaghetti sauce for 2 hours.
    Good for sandwiches.
