Gingerbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine or melted butter
    1/2 c. hot water
    2 pouches gingerbread mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix the gingerbread mix with the flour, margarine and hot water in a large bowl.
    Stir with a spoon until dough is formed.
    Divide dough in half.
    Place one half on floured cloth-covered surface.
    Roll dough 1/8 inch thick; cut with floured cookie cutter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 6 to 9 minutes or until edges are firm (do not overbake).
    Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
    Cool completely before frosting or decorating.
    Store in airtight container.
