Squash Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced yellow squash, cooked and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
1 grated carrot
1 chopped onion
2 pkg. herb stuffing
salt and pepper to taste
chicken broth or water (to moisten stuffing)
Preparation

Cook and drain squash (about 10 minutes).
Add next 5 ingredients.
In buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, place layer of moist stuffing on bottom.
Pour squash mixture on top of stuffing.
Add another layer of moist stuffing.
Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Moisten stuffing with chicken broth or water before layering.
