Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned, crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. red and green bell peppers, seeded and diced
    1/2 c. red onions, chopped
    1/2 c. poppy seed dressing
    2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Preparation
    In a large glass bowl, mix all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Serve with fish, chicken, grilled seafood and rice.
    Yields enough to make any meal memorable.
