Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. water
    enough flour to make very stiff
Preparation
    Mix all
    together.
    Divide into equal parts.
    Roll very thin on\tfloured
    board.
    Cut
    in pieces of desired size.
    Let dry for several
    hours.
    (This
    is enough for a large hen.) Be sure noodles are
    dry.
    When
    dry, put in plastic bags and put in freezer.
    They keep good in freezer until needed.
