Turtle Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. quick oats
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. melted butter
chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation

Pat 2/3 of above mixture into ungreased pan.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle one 12 ounce package of chocolate chips over crust.
