Butterquick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream 1/3 cup margarine and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add egg; mix well.
    Add flour alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Spoon into greased 9-inch baking pan.
    Combine remaining 2 tablespoons margarine, 2 tablespoons flour, brown sugar and walnuts in small bowl; mix well.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yield:
    9 servings.
