Jolopes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    8 oz. Jack cheese
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    2 cans diced chilies
    1 oz. flour tortilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 carrot
    1 onion
    parsley
Preparation
    Cook chicken with onion, carrot and parsley.
    Grease casserole.
    Layer:
    3 tortillas, shredded chicken, 1 can soup, chillies, sour cream and layer each of cheese.
    Repeat 2 or 3 times.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
