Grandmom'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 to 3 ripe mashed bananas
    4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together eggs and brown sugar.
    Add buttermilk and bananas.
    Combine flour, salt and soda.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Stir in raisins and nuts.
    Bake in wax paper-lined 7 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch loaf pan in 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Use toothpick to test for doneness. Cool before serving.
