Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1 c. sweet corn, thawed and drained
3/4 c. salad dressing or mayo
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes (optional)
1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation

Divide chips and cheese, 1 cup to each portion.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown meat; drain.
Stir in salsa, corn, salad dressing and chili powder.
Layer 1/2 meat mixture in 2-quart casserole with 1 portion of cheese-chip mixture.
Repeat layers.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
Top with lettuce and tomatoes, if desired.
