Batter Fried Pumpkin Or Squash Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    blossoms, picked and washed in cold water
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    paprika (garnish)
Preparation
    Two to three dozen blossoms makes 8 servings.
    Blossoms will keep two to three days placed in a large bowl of water in refrigerator.
