*Little Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 diced onion
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    pepper (if desired)
    1 can tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix together beef, rice, baking powder, onion, salt and parsley.
    Mold into firm balls, about 1 1/4-inches in diameter. Brown in 3 tablespoons fat, turning frequently.
    After browning meat balls, pour tomato soup over them.
    Cook in covered skillet, over low heat, until rice is tender and stands out on meat.
    This quantity makes 7 meat balls.
