Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbles
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
    3/4 cup cheese
    1/2 cup sweet milk
    3 Tbsp. bacon grease
    3 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook cabbage 8 minutes in salt water; drain.
    Cook onion and pepper in bacon grease.
    Toss bread in melted butter.
    Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, in casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
