Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 very ripe bananas
1/4 c. sour cream
2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour cake pan(s).
Cream shortening and sugar together.
Beat in eggs.
Mash bananas and stir in sour cream.
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to sugar/shortening alternating with adding banana and sour cream mixture.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
