Creamy Stuffed Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. pimento-stuffed green olives
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp. sweet relish
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Preparation

Wash celery and cut into 3-inch pieces.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Stuff celery pieces with cream cheese mixture.
Makes 9 pieces.
