Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
9-inch graham cracker crust, plain or chocolate
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer until light and fluffy.
Gradually add Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
Continue beating until smooth. Spoon filling into prepared crust.
Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight.
