Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bread
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread slices in 1/2 cup water; add eggs and mix well. Add ground chuck, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well. Form meat mixture in small balls and brown slowly in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
    Add meatballs to sauce and cook for 30 minutes.
