Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3 large bananas
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid Sweet 'N Low
    2 envelopes Equal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift flour and soda; add oil and sugar substitutes and mix well. Beat eggs; add mashed bananas and other ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Pour into a 9-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
