Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. tomatoes, chopped
5 hot peppers (jalapeno)
2 onions
1 whole bulb garlic
10 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin (whole seed)
15 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation

Simmer 3 to 4 hours. Pack in hot jars and place in hot water bath for 5 minutes.
