Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef steak
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. water
    1 clove crushed garlic
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cut off excess fat from steak. Cut steak into serving-size slices. Roll slices in flour mix. In large skillet, brown sliced steak in oil.
    Drain and place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with celery, onion and mushrooms. Combine water, garlic and steak sauce; pour over mushrooms in pan. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serves 6.
