Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 large can red kidney beans, undrained
    8 oz. bottle Thousand Island dressing
    8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small head lettuce, shredded
Preparation
    Brown
    beef
    and onions.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients. Serve with Doritos or taco chips.
    Decorate with tomato wedges, if desired.
    Use large bowl!
