Pierogi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    water (enough to make dough)
    2 lb. farmer cheese
    4 more eggs
    3 small potatoes, cooked
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix flour, butter, salt and 4 eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add water until proper consistency for dough.
    Mix cheese, 4 more eggs and cooked potatoes, mashing them until smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Roll dough and add cheese mixture.
    Cut out and crimp edges.
    Place in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve.
