Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant mashed potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. starter
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Add 6 cups of bread flour.
    Beat and mix well. Grease large bowl; pour batter in and turn over to coat.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Let sit overnight.
