Chicken Loaf For 100 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 9 qt. chicken, cooked and diced
4 large loaves bread, cubed
6 c. chicken broth*
3 c. margarine, melted
4 Tbsp. salt
2 doz. eggs, beaten
1 bunch parsley, minced
2 bunches celery, cubed
1 large onion, chopped and cooked
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake in 4 large
greased\tpans
at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cut in squares, top with
1
tablespoon mushroom sauce.
