Stir-Fried Vegetables With Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    7 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    2 c. fresh bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Add oil to heavy skillet or wok and heat to medium-high for 1 minute.
    Add garlic; stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add cabbage, celery and green onions.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
