Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
7 c. water
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. string beans
1 whole onion, chopped
1 whole bell pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. barley
2 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, diced
Preparation

Brown meat and put in large soup pot.
Add all of the ingredients, except carrots.
Cook about 45 minutes.
Add carrots and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
