Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. each: flour and cornmeal
4 eggs (unbeaten)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 large pie shell
Preparation

Put sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl; toss lightly with a fork.
Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour into large pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
