Sedgwick Style Foiled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Maine potatoes
    onion salt
    celery salt
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and cut into julienne strips, as for French fries.
    Divide on 4 squares of aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle each pile with onion salt, celery salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of the Parmesan cheese as uniformly as possible.
    Then dot each with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Close foil loosely, allowing room for steam to escape.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 4.
