Party Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese until soft and smooth.
Add Cheddar cheese; mix until well blended.
Add other ingredients except pecans and blend well.
Shape into a ball.
Cover and chill at least 24 hours.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Yields 24 servings.
