Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice until done and leave plenty of liquid.
    Add sugar. Mix egg yolks, milk and cornstarch together; add to rice and sugar.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let cool. Top with Cool Whip or egg icing.
    Keep in fridge.
