Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 c. sliced zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Put stuffing in baking dish.
    Add zucchini, onions and carrots.
    Mix soup, sour cream and butter.
    Pour over vegetables. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
