Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Pound the steak and coat with the flour and seasoning mixture. Heat skillet and add margarine and steak.
    Brown the steak and add the mushroom soup with 1 can of milk or water.
    Simmer until tender and gravy is thick.
