Hamburger Upside-Down Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 lb. ground chuck
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain; set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic in oleo.
    Add ground chuck and cook until almost done.
    Drain off grease.
    Stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Pour meat mixture into large baking dish.
    Toss together macaroni and cheese; spread on top of meat.
    Combine beaten eggs and milk.
    Pour over entire mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
