Grasshopper Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. white creme de cacao
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine wafer crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
Press on sides and bottom of 9-inch pie pan.
Chill.
Whip 1 cup whipping cream and chill.
In top of a double boiler, combine milk and miniature marshmallows.
Stir until melted.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Add creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in whipping cream.
Put softened ice cream on cookie crust.
Spread mixture on ice cream and freeze.
