Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. shortening or margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed, ripe bananas
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add nuts.
Cream shortening; add sugar and eggs.
Beat well.
Add flour mixture alternately with bananas, blending thoroughly with each addition.
