Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together margarine, oil, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, buttermilk and grated zucchini.
Blend well. Sift together all the dry ingredients and mix into the liquid mixture. Put in a 9 x 13-inch floured pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts on top of batter.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
