French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 yeast (dry or cake)
Preparation
    Mix yeast with water; let set 10 minutes.
    Combine dry ingredients and mix with yeast mixture after it sets 10 minutes. Cover; let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
    Punch down, divide in half.
    Place in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
